Corner Roundness Degree of fillet: It refers to the roundness of the
rectangle’s four corners. If the roundness is 100%, the corner turns into an arc.
All Corners Round: When it is activated, the user can modify the roundness
of the four corners by just modifying one of them.
NOTE: Whenever the parameters in the Properties Toolbar are modified,
it is a must to click the “Apply” button to effect the modification, which
applies to the following operations.

To draw a circle, the user can select the “Circle” command in the Draw Menu or
click the icon .
